When an account or organization workspace is created, we may collect information such as:

- Church or organization name
- Account and authentication information
- Staff roles and permissions
- Account and workspace settings
2.2 Subscription and payment information
If you use a paid plan, we may process information relating to your subscription, plan, billing status, invoices, payment status, and transaction identifiers.
Payment card information is processed by our payment service provider. We do not normally receive or store complete payment card numbers.
2.3 User Content
JTM Cast allows churches and organizations to create, upload, store, and synchronize content. Depending on how you use the Service, this may include:
- Orders of service and presentation programs
- Hymn and lyric data
- Bible translation files imported by your organization
- Slides, images, video, audio, and other media
- Presentation and output settings
- Other information entered or uploaded by users
Some User Content may contain information about other individuals. The organization uploading that information is responsible for ensuring that it has an appropriate legal basis or permission to do so.
2.4 Technical and usage information
When you use JTM Cast, we may automatically receive technical information such as:
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Device and session information
- Login and access timestamps
- Application logs
- Error and diagnostic information
- Information about how features are used
2.5 Communications
If you contact us, we may retain your message, email address, support request, feedback, and related communications in order to respond to you and improve our services.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information collected through JTM Cast to:
- Provide and operate JTM Cast
- Create and manage accounts and organization workspaces
- Authenticate users and manage permissions
- Store and synchronize data across authorized devices
- Process subscriptions and payments

4. Information About Other Individuals
Churches and organizations may enter or upload information relating to staff members, volunteers, participants, speakers, or other individuals.
If your organization provides personal information about another person through JTM Cast, your organization is responsible for ensuring that the collection and use of that information is lawful, including providing any required notices and obtaining any required permissions or consents.
Users should avoid uploading sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and appropriate for the intended use of the Service.
5. Service Providers and Disclosure
We may use third-party service providers to help operate JTM Cast, including providers of hosting, infrastructure, payment processing, email delivery, security, and other technical services.
Payment processing may be provided by Stripe. Payment information submitted to Stripe is handled in accordance with Stripe’s own privacy policy and terms.
We may disclose information where reasonably necessary:
- To service providers acting on our behalf
- To comply with applicable law, regulation, court order, or lawful request
- To protect the rights, security, and property of JTM, our users, or others
- To investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents
- In connection with a merger, restructuring, acquisition, or transfer of business assets
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
6. International Data Processing
JTM LLC is based in Japan. Some of the service providers used to operate JTM Cast may process or store information in countries other than the country where you are located.
Where required by applicable law, we take appropriate measures to protect personal information transferred internationally.
7. Separation of Organization Data
JTM Cast is designed so that each church or organization has its own workspace. Organization data is logically separated from the data of other organizations.
Users from one organization are not intended to have access to another organization’s programs, media, imported translations, or settings.
Administrators of an organization may be able to manage users, permissions, and data within their organization’s workspace.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
These measures may include access controls, authentication, organization-level data separation, encrypted communications, logging, backups, and other security safeguards appropriate to the Service.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Users are also responsible for protecting account credentials and the security of devices on which JTM Cast is used.
For the local install edition, information stored locally on a user-controlled computer is also subject to the security and backup practices of that computer and organization.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The JTM Cast website and cloud service may use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies where necessary to provide authentication, maintain sessions, remember settings, improve security, and operate the Service.
Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we will request consent as required.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide JTM Cast, maintain an account or subscription, satisfy legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the security of the Service.
When an account or data is deleted, some information may remain temporarily in backups or system logs until those records are overwritten or deleted in accordance with our normal retention processes.
Certain records may be retained for a longer period where required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal claims.

JTM Cast is designed primarily for use by churches, ministries, organizations, and their authorized staff. It is not directed to children as an individual consumer service.
If an organization uses JTM Cast in a context involving children or minors, that organization is responsible for complying with applicable laws and obtaining any required parental or guardian permissions.
If we learn that personal information has been submitted directly to us by a child in circumstances where it should not have been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
13. Third-Party Services
JTM Cast may interact with or link to third-party services. For example, payment processing may be handled by Stripe, and certain streaming features may be used with services such as YouTube.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. JTM LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services that you choose to use.

We may update this Privacy Policy when JTM Cast, applicable law, or our data practices change.
